BIKOLINARYA #2:
· Dishes to be made: Tinutungan na Manok and Laing
· Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours
· Fee: PHP1,800 per person; minimum of 2 persons

DISHES TO BE MADE:
· Laing—A vegetable dish which is synonymous to the Bicol region. Made with taro leaves, coconut milk, and chilis
· Tinutungan na Manok—Chicken in “roasted” coconut milk with papaya, lemon grass, chili and other natve herbs and spices. A wonderful blend of creamy-smoky-spicy-tropical flavors.

NOTES / REMINDERS:
· Culinary tours are done at Casa Simeon.
· Advanced booking of at least 24 hours is required.
· Transfers to/from Casa Simeon is a separate charge.
